Work was very mellow today. Not too much to say about anything except damn, my back hurts. Luckily I was able to get a back cracker appointment at 4:30. I skipped the gym so I could make the appointment on time not to mention I was very sore. My crack adventure went very well. During the evening We had massage night and then we watched 24 and Kings.
