I woke up from the sound of my phone at 8:30. It was Good Year calling and telling me my car was finished. Damn, that was quick.

Once we got up we headed off to the gym for some cardio and boxing. It was good to be there today but I had to take it easy. My back is hurting so I wanted to be careful. When we got home we took the dogs for a nice long walk through the trails by the house and then we took care of some business around the house too. We also took the dogs for a walk after dinner. We certainly have two tired pups.

In the evening we watched the Dead Like Me Movie and That Metal show. Overall it was a good evening and rather relaxing. Oh yes, I almost forgot prior to watching the movie we went out for Ice Cream. That's awesome.
