I'm stoked to get this day going. Yes,I'm at work at 5:00AM. Yes, I have a lot of work to do and yes, I aint feelin' so hot. But at 2:45 I have my Dr. appointment and I'm finally going to gets some meds to kick the shit out of this illness.

Work was ok and of course once again, no gym. Mentally this is really hurting but I will prevail.

My Dr. appointment went great! The Dr. looked at my throat and said that looked ok. Then after telling him all my symptoms, sinus pain and lethargy he looked up my nose and said “my god, I have not seen

sinuses that swollen in years” I thought to myself, excellent. I WANT THE DRUGS. And drugs I got!

I got a Prednisone (steroid) to relieve the swelling and a Z-pack to kill the infection. I felt empowered by the dugs and diagnosis.

I got home and started on the steroid. Two hours later my nose opened up for the first time in eight days. A wonderful river of clear crap came pouring out of my nostrils and the feeling of a super ball lodged in my skull started to go away. Of what a great day.

I need to say nothing else.
