I have been off from work since Tuesday, I feel like I have no concept of time. Oh, this is what a real vacation is like. It's not too shabby.

Myself and slave barb got our lazy asses out of bed around nine thirty. Slave barb baked some bread yesterday afternoon so that was breakfast. Or as we were calling it, breadfast. After breakfast we got ourselves ready to hit the gym. Today is a different kind of workout. Today we are boxing. We will be doing the heavy bags and using punch mitts too.

We were both pretty sore from the workout. It was pretty amazing. I'm not sure how we are going to incorporate this in our routine but I know we will.

In other exciting news I found sites yesterday that announced the IFBB's body building schedule. There's a mid size event in NYC and a big one in Atlantic City. I think we will be able to go to both. WOOF! To top it all off, slave barb is the head judge at SPLF this year and today she got her judges handbook. Pretty cool.

Now we are getting ready to go out. For Christmas I got slave barb tickets to see Equus on Broadway. So the plan is to get dressed up, take the train into the city and catch a play. I know slave barb really wants to see this play and for me I'm down for the experience. I have never seen a play on Broadway so I must say this will be something different for me.
