A fine way to start off the day. I jerked off on slave barb an then slave barb jerked herself off. GOOD MORNING!

After the morning frolic with our loins slave barb made breakfast which we gladly ate outside on this beautiful no humidity Saturday. After breakfast I took slave barb to the gym and trained her. She had a great workout. She did some new stuff and some old favorites too. She worked hard and sweat hard. She should be proud of herself. I certainly know I was damn proud of her. Now for the part of the day that we are looking forward to. Once we were done with the workout we were going to Retro Fitness to enroll there. The enrollment process was painless. The cost of the gym monthly is forty dollars less per person. I think this gym may workout very well for us. They open Sept 1st. My next step is to give my thirty days notice to NY Sports club. Initially I was feeling sad about leaving but now I'm not. The branch of NYSC is really going down hill since they announced that they are closing. Nothing is getting cleaned. The lockers rooms are a mess. The same food bits have been in one of the sinks since Wednesday and there have been some empty bottles of water that have been laying around for a couple of days too. I remember when they would keep up on that stuff. I also got pissed at them when they sent a notice saying that they had great news. They were not going to raise our rates this year. Huh? Yeah, you are not going to raise our rates but you are closing the facility I use and another one by my house too. Duh! So Retro Fitness, here we come. We enrolled and got free t-shits too! Guess what T-shirt we will wear at our remaining days at NY Sports Club.

Right now I don't feel that I have enough middle fingers to point in the direction of NY Sports Club.

So far the day is going according to plan. What absolutely needed to be done today was to finish up our presentation on Rituals. Yes, we did this at Tes Fest but you know what happens when you do a presentation, especially the first time. Thee are re-writes, re-writes, new ideas and hopefully some wonderful expansive thoughts. Today's re-write went very well. I think this presentation is really coming together. I think now, it's about execution.

Tonight we are going to a show. We are heading off to The Starland Ballroom to see Filter. I have really dug this band since their first album came out. We have seen them three times before. As we get ready to see them for a fourth time all I can say is I'm pretty damn psyched.

The day just keeps getting better. After we were done with the writing I was horny so called slave barb into the bedroom and had her fuck me up the ass. Sometimes a slave's work is just so tough. Then we took a power nap together. When I woke from the nap I jerked off again. What do you think? A good day or what?

By 7:30 we were off to the Starland Ballroom to see Filter. This was a free show put on by a very weak – soft generation radio station so the crowd was a walking talking definition of what I have labeled the soft generation. Lots kids and mid twenty people showing up to a rock show in button up shirts and flip flops and tan shorts. I don't understand how people mix up cabana lounge life with rock n roll. I remember when rock was rebellious! Now the record companies and MTV have watered it all down. Yes this is the soft generation.

The core of the crowd were real Filter fans and it showed. Filter rocked hard and as always put on a great show. I love that band and I loved the show.

The interesting thing about Filter is every time that we see the band something eventful happens.

The first time we saw them the singer saw barb from his dressing room and took a liking to her to he pulled his pants down exposing his cock. That was eventful.

The second time we saw them skinheads decided to keep calling the singer a fagot and shouting out slurs. I don't even think that Richard Patrick is gay. That made for a real tense show.

The third time we saw them we got to see than at the biggest show of their career. Over four thousand people showed up for that monumental show in NYC. The band was so taken back that some of the members hung out by the line with their mouths open in disbelief.

The fourth time we saw them I had a 100% back blowout. That show was in Atlantic city. My back collapsed and I could just barely walk back to the hotel room. That show was the beginning of my back problems and shorty after the start of my intense workout routines.

The fourth and a half time was a time we almost saw them. We were about to get tickets to see them. Tickets were going on sale over the weekend. The band did an appearance on Jay Leno and then right after the singer checked himself into rehab for alcohol abuse. The canceled the rest of the tour and it actually broke up the band for a very long time.

Now for the fifth time which was last night. The singer strained his back a couple of days ago. He was in pretty bad shape. He didn't move as much as he always does. You could tell that he was in pain by the way he would bend over to pick up his water. He was pumped up on pain killers. The show must go on.

What will happen the next time we see these guys?
