Time to wave goodbye to April. It's been a decent month aside from all the back, neck and hip problems earlier in the month. Actually they are still lingering but I'm not on fire. Today was a bit of a different day. Slave barb was heading off on her trip to Virginia. It's about a seven hour drive so of course the Master in me ( and I guess overall decent person that I am) was concerned. Good news everyone. Slave barb rocked the house big time and got there safe and sound. Good deal to that! I have already had numerous text and phone conversations with her and she's in great spirits. She's ready to work, create and have fun. So now for me. My work day was very slow and easy. Not too much to speak of there. I also had a great workout too. So while slave barb is away it's up to me to occupy myself. Normally there's a slave here to talk to, work with and live life with. I'm on my own for the next five days. This doesn't need to be a bad thing. The key for me is to have a solid plan each day. So the plan for today was to get a lot of stuff done. So after my workout I went to bank and then headed home. I had a quickie dinner and then got to work. I did some cleaning in the the hall, the kitchen, the bedroom and the living room. This included moping floors and organizing stuff too. I also did a lot of financial stuff, did my post gym workout, played with the dogs and did two loads of laundry. All this was done while listening to two and a half hours of Manowar – Gods of War, live in Germany. That's a great way to get work done. It seems that I listen to a lot of Manowar while slave barb is away. Odd.

I didn't really settle in and do work stuff until about 8:30. I guess I'll talk to slave barb around 10:00 and then get everything ready for Thursday. Overall it's been a decent day.
