I shout from the rooftop IT'S FRIDAY. I'll say that the work week wasn't bad but it seemed long. Dodging germs and dealing with morons. Great to get away from all that for two days. My allergies really kicked my ass. I couldn't wait to get home and take an allergy pill. My workout was

good. I still kept my shrug weights down. I think that's how I pulled the muscle in my back that caused me a lot of grief. So I'm keeping the weight down to the 300 pound mark as opposed to 350. If all goes well I'll try to boost that up next week. The other thing that held my workout back was my allergies. I really had to take my time in between sets. Allergy eyes and sneezing sucks in between sets. Once slave barb got home we went grocery shopping and then we settled in for the evening. Tonight we are going to watch the movie Ravenous.

I did get to talk to the household applicant. As of now it looks like we will iron out some details on Sunday. If all goes well he will graduate from applicant late Sunday afternoon.

On a musical note, The Dug Pinnick CD I got the other day rocks. Groovy, funky, hard and smart. Slave barb said today that CD may be the best $9.00 she spent in a long time. My other treat was that when I came home today the CD from The Sword was at my doorstep. It sounds great. It's got that Black Sabbath groove. I love it. I still need to listen to it a few more times, I know I'll be diggin' on it but I still think I'll end up liking their first CD better. Their first CD is a hot drivin' metal classic!
