Today is an HSL holiday. Today is Wrestlemania! Yes, over here this is considered a holiday. It's the WWE's crown jewel event or you can call it Professional Wrestling's equivalent to the Superbowl. Today 65,000 people will gather at The Citrus Bowl in Florida to witness the event. In order to celebrate this day we take it easy. Yes, there are chores to be done but I try to make sure they get done at a much more relaxed pace. Most important everything will be completed by 6:30PM. Slave barb will also be cooking up a feast and there will be snacks during the event too. For us the holiday has changed over the years. There was a time somewhere between 5 and 10 years ago that we would pack anywhere from 5-15 people in to the house. Slave barb would cook turkeys, hams and whatever else. The amount of alcohol that was consumed by everyone was insane and yes everyone has a great time. Times change, circles of friends change and to tell you the truth I'm not complaining. The one thing that matters is that I watch the event with slave barb. That's the bottom line because I said so . In the course of the day we did get stuff done. We brought books to a church as a donation, we bought dog food, we stopped off at the beauty supply place, we did laundry, both cars got gassed up, made some phone calls, answered some emails and since next weekend is going to be so busy we printed the MAsT fliers and did the MAsT shopping a week early ( that being today) in order to not run out of time next week. Last but not least we took some porno shots for a certain person's dose of Sunday porn. Ah tradition. I guess I don't need to mention that we will watch Wrestlemania too!
