Work was crazy today but it was a different kind of crazy. The actual tasks of the day and overall smoothness were fine. What was crazy was that out of the blue there was a big buzz about changing my job description, moving up in the company and generating an entire new wave of business. It was pretty crazy, it was like I went from questionable freak to in demand freak in a quick morning. A lot of people tossed a lot of ideas at me and they all sound great. None the less I'm not holding my breath. My big personal issue today was heavy duty neck and back pain. Luckily I was able to get an appointment with the Chiropractor and it did help. Me and my back pain did manage to go to the gym and have a very good leg and ab workout. I was considering skipping it today but that was a dumb idea. It's better to lift and keep the muscles warmed up for the Dr. I believe that's a main reason why my Dr. visit went well. I do have a bit a a strain in my back but I'll be fine. There's not too much happening this evening. I'll do some channel surfing and relax with a heating pad on my back. At ten The Riches comes on and I'm all about that.
