Up at my regular time but this time I’m not going to work. We are going to the Superbowl of Leather events that of course is South Plains Leatherfest. We got to the airport with no problems and our flight took off and landed right on time. Everything went so perfect that our baggage actually came out first. This really worked great because our friends Brick and lara only had to wait about five minutes for us. They were so awesome to hang with us and pick get us in their cute little blue rental car. Another bonus about the flight is that we actually got to fly out with Sir Stephen and slave catherine. There was lots of confusion with the hotel and our room. They had booked us for three rooms and that seemed to cause the hotel a lot of grief. They wanted to tell me that it would be a couple of hours before the room was ready but I told them that would not do. The three room over booking was their error and they had to fix it now. They did and I got a room in thirty minutes. After that we set up the room and got to say hi to tons of leather family and friends. In the evening we went to Papa’s BBQ for the annual leather family dinner. We had a blast and it rocked. I have been waiting a year to get back to this place and once again Papa’s was amazing. After Papa’s it was back to the hotel for the early bird mixer. We only stayed for a little bit. We were tired from traveling and we had to get back to the room and go over our presentation notes.
