Today was a pretty basic day. Work was ok and I capped off the day with a real good leg and ab workout. I did download the new CD by an Aussie band called Airbourne. HOT STUFF. Straight up high intensity AC/DC style rock and roll. AC/DC is great but Airbourne approaches the sound with a pinch more punk / street sense. ROCK N ROLL!
