I have been having some nasty neck and back spasms on and off for a while. When I woke up this morning I said Uncle, you win, I'm going for an adjustment. Either way it was off to work I go. Once again I was very busy because I'm filling in for three people plus my own stuff but I stayed on point and organized and I rocked it. The great thing is that I was able to publish my year end numbers and they were astounding. I was very pleased to report that in 2007 I saved the company over 1.3 million dollars. I have the stress, sweat, bruises and personal bloodshed to prove it. I beat even my own expectations. I feel pretty proud of myself and I think my bosses were pretty pleased too. After work I went to the Chiropractor. The place was packed. What normally is no more than a ten minute wait ended up being a wait of seventy minutes. Then the treatment was a little over a half hour. It's well worth it but I still felt like it just took up too much valuable time. Slave barb knew that I was starving so a great pasta and meatball dinner was waiting for me when I got home. After diner we went grocery shopping. Tonight we will try to relax by watching a Henry Rollins spoken word DVD.
