I had a great nights sleep and as planned I was up early. I popped out of bed at eight and right away I got busy. Today is slave barb's core day so I'm taking on some extra things so she can achieve a meaningful core day. I too have a core day. It's a football Sunday and I plan on engrossing myself in the games. But before I do that I need to get to work. So I got up, cleaned my bathroom, started the laundry, watered the lawn, put away last nights dishes and swept the patio and packed my gym bag. Perfect, now I'm ready for my day. It's time to wake up slave barb and get this core day party started. Slave barb woke up tired and feeling disgustipated by allergies. Of course that doesn't stop her from going to the gym and having a bangin' workout. She even had a personal best on the Lat pull down. GOOD girl! I took slave barb back home after the gym and then I ran some errands. I went to the bank, went to Light Cigars where I got two Romeo and Helix cigars. I also bought myself two ounces of a pipe tobacco called Wind. So far all I can say is it smells delicious. I also went to the grocery store and bought myself some boneless ribs for dinner. I can't wait for slave barb to cook those up tonight. I capped off my errands by picking up some lunch. Once I got home I put on the new Ministry CD and I'm thrilled and blown away. It Rocks hard! It's almost football time. slave barb is well into her core day and all is good at HSL. In the end my jets blew it and my Fantasy team is (so far) not having a great week. Still, all is good, it has been a nice day to chill and watch football.
